OMP on carb'd cars

I notced in another post, they were talking about the OMP connected teo the rod the that's connected to the throttle (on cars with the stock efi). I'm thinking about getting the weber setup, so i was wondering if anyone else has the omp still set up on theirs, and if so, how is it hooked up?

Could just resort to premixing.

If you get the set-up from mazdatrix or racing beat, their kits should work without any modification to the stock oiling system. If you are building this set-up on your own; you might want to just run premix. Although premix might cause premature carb failure and make it a lil harder to tune (I'm just ASSUMING due to the added weight of gas mixed with oil).

That's a good idea and all, but as I'm starting to notice it's kicking some fuel injector ***. The things are so clogged up right now my car won't accelerate past 7500 RPM's.

Before, when they were clean, the car would happily bounce off the rev limiter, seemingly pulling harder past redline. Now the car just feels starved at high RPM's.

The best way to go to lube the seals is to get an adapter to have the OMP pull from a container that's not the oil pan.

I use premix in my REPU since putting in the Weber carb. I use 2 stroke oil since it's sole purpose is to be pre-mixed. I figure if it doesn't clog up the carbs on a 2 stroke motor, and I am using far less of it that 2 strokes use, I shouldn't have any problems.
