omp

ok i put a s4 waterpump assembly on my s5 and the omp solinoid now hits the housing and when i diconnect the omp the car went into limp mode anyone have any ideas???

If you remove the S5 metering oil pump, the car goes into limp mode. Nothing you can do about it but put the pump back on or convert to a full standalone.

i was running away from spendint the money on the new thermostat housing, my plastic one crumbuled and i need the car to go to school, plus i dont have the 120 for the new aluminum one any suggestions?

1) either get the correct wp housing, or
2) swap front covers and t/b to get the mechanical omp - but them u will need to keep the s5 omp plugged into the harness so the ecu still sees it.
3) or plug in the omp, let it dangle so the ecu sees it, and block the omp port on the cover, and go full premix.
only 3 options
