OLE error? Please help

OLE error? Please help
So I have Microsoft Outlook 2000 and it has this new wonderful error.
OLE registration error. Then it gives me the ok button. Click on it and it will simply close the program. I have tried repairing it and uninstalled it completly. Reinstalled and the same error. I am thinking it is not Outlook but something else on my computer. I am running ME if that helps.
Any input? thanks
