old 7, new motor
3 questions:
what was the lightest year of FC?
would it work to swap a series 5 turbo motor into that car?
would it be possible to swap an FD engine in?

This has been done to death. It's all the upgraded bits in a Turbo that make it heavier than a NA. Throwing a turbo engine into an NA is asking for trouble, an FD engine even more. If you want a turbo, buy a TII.

welllll....yeah, but if you swap a TII motor into a Sunroof-less n/a then it'll be lighter than your box-stock TII
The lightest year is 86 base w/ no sunroof or any power options.
