The ol' "fc-widebody-kit-info-request" thread
I was cruisin around some old threads and came across the topic of "widebody" kits for fc's. I also found this pic:
Anyone ever own this kit? Its not made out of fiberglass is it?

I think I like Mode 6 better than this. But I would use this rear spoiler for it instead of their 747 wing.

Ya the mod 6 one has better "flow" along the lines...but that front bumper is IMO
I like the fact that this bumper looks more or less stock

That is the ERC Widebody. Heres the linkERC . From looking at that kit Erebruni ripped off the spoiler and if you look at the website one of the rear ends. Its my favorite widebody because the front and rear bumpers are not too outrageous and almost look stock. I have never heard of this kit being in the US. Im sure you could get it imported but it would cost a lot.

we will be importing 3 wide body kits from japan this winter, ( different company), if you come up with particulars i can see if i can't get this, ( if your interested ) shipped over at the same time in the same container.. Pm me..
I hope this kit if mad of glass or some sort of FRP/composite.. if it's ureathane then it would be almost impossible to blend it to the body without getting cracks at the seams.. if it's metal , that means that they had pinch dies made, which is HUGE bucks therefore you paying through the nose for it.. if it's glass then we usually back the glass with a carbon fiber/kevlar layer & vaccume bag it lightly, this improves the durability of the panels by over 130%
