OKay i have some more questions while under my hood (pics)

Okay so i have been pretty much re-doing what every previous owner has done wrong with the vacuum lines and etc... but i ran into a couple of questions.

On the picture below i have removed the so called (Secondary injector air bleed nipple) because it was part of the previous owners emissions removals. So where can i run this vacuum line.
LOOK AT THE PIC I HAVE IT CIRCLED

Then look at the next picture i am pretty sure this is the (thermo wax piece on the Throttle body) but i am unsure as to where these two vacuum lines are supposed to be, capped off? or running to a vac nipple on the UIM?
please look at the picture

You don't have have to, it doesn't exist! It's an error in the FSM vac diagram. That pic is an edited version of the vac diagram that I did ages ago. I don't know why Mazda put that line in the diagram, but you don't have to worry about it. Only S5's have a secondary injector air bleed.

I'll attach an amended version soon to remove confusion.

The piece with the vac lines is the thermovalve, which is attached to the thermowax, which is screwed to the TB. The thermowax increases the idle speed when the engine's cold, to stop it sumbling and stalling. The thermovalve controls the double-throttle diaphragm on the front of the TB, which pulls the upsteam secondary throttles closed when the engine is cold. This is to stop idiots romping on a cold engine.

Personally I see no point in removing the thermowax, because I like what it does. There are no gains from removing it. The double throttle system can be removed to improve throttle response (on Turbos only), but you need to avoid opening the throttle too quickly at low revs to avoid a stumble. The double throttle system was there to prevent that. The thermovalve just becomes redundant; you don't need to cap it's nipples.

Actually nothing on the TB is for emissions...

Sorry, I thought you were removing it. The one with the check valve goes to the bottom nipple on the rear of the UIM. The other one goes to the double-throttle actuator on the front of the TB. There's a pic on page F2-36 of the FSM Fuel Systems chapter.
