Ok So AFM is off now Air Temp Sensor?

Hey Guys, My AFM is now off (Thanks for the help) but now my ECU is giving me an air temp sensor error? Can this cause a car not to start, or even not to spark?

Thanks!

I'll be back in about 2 hours, I'm going to the junkyard to pick up some parts but please feel free to answer.

Our cars are not Civics. If you remove the AFM, the engine will not start. It may rev up to about 3000 rpm for a few seconds and the die. There is an air temp sensor in the AFM which is why you are getting an error.

Put the AFM back on and your car will start. If you are trying to remove the AFM for performance, you will have to get a standalone to do so.

Cars need either an AFM or MAP and since you can run a MAP with a standalone or maybe some other types of systems it will be read as a massive vacuum leak and not start.
