i know this has been asked but how safe is 10psi or should i take it easy untill i get a fuel pump, fmic, and maybe injectors.

Some other tips on S5 waste gate porting.

The back side of the door can be filed off so the door can open wider before it hits the back plate.

Also, ther is a narrow spot in the exit passage that can be widened.
