Uh, you didn't even list what the problem was. Post specifics on the car.

13 b non turbo. it is leaking oil more like dumping oil and i cant see where from. and on the running part its hard to start and bearly idles and when i punch it it takes forever so gain rpms. like bad hesitation. like its runnin out of fuel and when i put a fuel pump in it cause the old gas killed it. when i drained the old fuel it was orange and smelled REALY bad thats why im thinkin maybe the filter is bad

well if you had bad gas and had to replace the pump it should have been a no brainer to replace the filter, this applies to rotaries and all other engines. You might want to try to do a full tune up on it, or its possible the swap you got its not ok.
Does the motor smoke a lot even after its warmed up?

Replace the fuel filter AND clean/replace the fuel sock on the fuel pump itself.

The oil leak would have to be from one of the oil cooler lines or from the right side of the oil pan. The oil cooler lines are most likely, as they tend to leak after 20 years.
