ok many problems, many questions
ok first off, i'm pretty mad at my FC cuz all it does it cause me problems, on top of that someone just ran into my integra in the rain. ok so i bought a 86-88 master cylinder (i have a 87) and i tried replacing it tonite, there is a brake line on the bottom of the cylinder, but on my new one there isnt a hole for the line to go in. did i get the wrong one?
ok next is that my spark plug wires are rebounding everytime i try to put them back in, so will turbo II spark plug wires work? (going to do a swap soon)

Yes you got the wrong one. You got a brake master cylinder for a car with ABS.
Turbo spark plug cables are just slightly longer. I have used them on non turbos without any problems
