I have been slowly working the way out of my breakin period on my 91 TII. Just past 1000 miles and working towards redline and full boost at 1500 miles. So I am starting to run it harder and seeing higher oil temps.

When simply cruising I will see about 150°F and about 75-80PSI oil pressure. When I am getting on it a little temps go to about 180°F-185°F. The pressure at 3000 rpm drops to about 65PSI.

I know as oil gets hot it gets thinner. Is that thinning the reason the pressure drops as the temps increase?
