Oil smell during idle

Ok so i definitely need new spark plugs because i'm running quite rich (A/F gauge goes all the way rich). The problem is, and what is scaring me is that at times when i'm sitting at idle i will smell burning oil for a couple seonds and the blue smoke will come out of the exhaust. Is that probably happening because of my spark plugs not functioning correctly?

Bad turbo oil seal, oil control rings, those are the two culprits i'd look at.

hmm that doesnt sound all that bad.. btw it doesnt always happen just sometimes i will smell oil at idle for a few seconds and then its gone. Is there any chance its anything internal? Because that is what would worry me most as my rebuild doesnt look like it will happen for a few months..

oil control rings are internal, and turbo oil seal is inside the turbo. both are extremely bad. you should not ignore this. you should also not bump in the tech sections, and someone already gave you good things to look into.
