Oil sending unit (on pan) leaking?

Yo,

So while I'm under the car draining the radiator, I notice this little dohickey stuck on the oilpan, left side. I think it's the oil sensor/sending unit? Looks to be held on by two 10mm bolts. It's been steadily leaking for the 3+ years I've had the car.

Not like a ton of oil, but a drop here, and drop there. Is there an easy fix for this? A gasket that can be replaced?

Lookit me! I'm fixing stuff on my car!

Next up:

Oil pedestal fix
Master Cylinder fix

Woo hoo!

im 99% sure there is a gasket in there. Is it the oval shaped sensor, or one that looks like its threaded in? I had to switch the oil pan over to my jspec cause it had one less sensor on the pan (always something isnt it). GO to the mazda dealer and see if they sell one. Heck if they dont you can make your own gasket for it.

yo kev, spray it off, clean it real good and make sure its leaking from the base not the wire. It would suck if you spent all the time re-sealing it and its leaking internally (which mine is.) If its leaking from the base, next oil change, pull it out, clean it real good and reseal it with rtv. No gasket needed.
