Oil psi

Hey i got a mazda reman motor and it has about 25k or so on it, but im in i chi town and the temps up here are really cold, my oil psi is like 30 at 2500 and they really dont get to muc over that when driving, norm but if im at like the redline they might hit 60 or kinda close. all this is while the car is cold, and even when it warms up some time. in the summer i had to work hard not to hit 60 psi, bec my car would cut out. its an odd prob.
