When ya crank it up it takes a few seconds for it to build up oil pressure...then usually runs around 40 PSI. this is my first FC and rotary powered car...so I don't know much different oil pressure, pressurizes from a piston engine. Is the oil pump weak or is this normal?

 

were are u getting the reading from?
as it at idle or while crusing?

that doesnt sound healthy my oil pressure at idle is around 25 and crusing at 65 70 its at about or around 50
