oil pressure and leakage question

okay here is the problem i am having i have a recent rebuild tII block in an n/a car (full conversion using na wiring). the oil pressure is running about 55-60 psi at idle and i believe that it may be contributing to a substantial oil leak that the engine has developed. currently it has a little over 1000 miles on it but the leak if from the rear of the engine behind the flywheel (i am assuming rear main which i replaced during the rebuild) but i havent pulled it apart to verify. would the apparently excessive oil pressure be causing the leak or has anyone else had a similar problem?

okay, another thing that i found is that the turbo is now shot. when assembled there wasnt any issues but now it has excessive runout and the compressor fins are bent over from rubbing into the compressor housing. i am assuming that this was all caused by too much oil pressure. guess im going to pull the engine back out and replaced the oil pressure regulator and whatnot.
