Oil pressure at idle 55-60psi; searched and couldn't find answer.

My car at idle (around 750-900rpm) stays at about 55-60psi oil pressure on the stock gauge.
Searching around I read that this is high?
Will it hurt the engine to have this high of oil pressure at idle?
What should the oil pressure be at idle?
I've read anywhere between 30psi and 50psi... In which case 55psi isn't that far off....

What could cause the oil pressure to be this high?
Too much oil?
The engine has 30,000 miles on it and has a new oil pump on it.
The OMP is removed and I'm premixing but only about 3/4th oz to 1 gal of gas.

Nevermind I finally found a thread and did some searching and re-read what was done to this engine when it was rebuilt.
Apparantly the "terminal pellet mod" makes the oil pressure a little bit higher?
