oil pressure gauge question

when i have the key in the ignition and turned to the accessory position on my 10AE, my oil pressure gauge moves up and reads right between 30psi and 60psi. while the engine is running, the gauge maxes out to the last line in the hot zone. what do you guys think, bad gauge??? bad wiring???

^ Yup
The senders are in the hot engine bay and take the abuse.
