Question Oil Pressure gauge = no work

The stock oil pressure gauge in the gauge cluster stopped working after I removed my MOP (metering oil pump) and blocked it off... what could i have done that would cause the gauge to stop working? is there a plug or line under the UIM that i could've unplugged and forgot to plug back in? any help is appreciated, thx

sorry I can't post a picture for ya, but ya, it's the cylindrical thing sticking out the left side of the engine, below the oil filter. check the one-wire connector for security (maybe clean it while you're at it)

The guage gets a signal from the pressure sensor, located on the rear driver side of the motor just below the filter. Check that connection. You should see a silver mushroom shaped thing with a small tab on the top. The wire connects to the tab.
