Oil pressue issue
Lately my oil pressure has been...different.
Recently, I've changed the oil/filter with 10w30 and cleaned the connection for the oil pressure sending unit.
While it's warming up to operating temp it's @ 45psi. Once warmed up it's ~30psi and idle is ~10-15psi. I used to see 45psi warmed up and on the throttle and 30psi when coasting/idle. Is this likely the thermo pellet or something else? I haven't gotten a mechanical gauge yet and wouldn't know where to put it. I really don't want to have to take the engine bay apart.

Its either your thermopellet, or its your pressure sender.... get a manual gauge, unscrew the sender, screw in the manual gauge, and verify your pressure. If its still low, thermopellet is suspect. If still low after thermopellet changed, time for a new oil pump I'd guess.
