Oil Metering pump question

Yep, got the same problem with my 89 convertible as many of you, my oil metering pump went
I don't really want to go the "Lawnboy" 2 stroke way. Does anyone anywhere rebuild these pumps? I checked with Mazda, $1800 ,way too much for a new one, I bought a used one on the forum and " guess what" it was screwed too. For now I'm using Amzoil 2 stroke, but would really like to avoid this.
thanks

for rebuilding your lines. I did it it works.

I dont know about going s4 omp as the s5's will throw a code. I would keep looking on ebay for another omp device.

It might have fried part of your ECU. Most of the time when the OMP goes bad it will fry part of the ECU so your new pump won't work.

bought a new ECU just in case, but mine turned out to be fine. S4 pump would be great, but I agree it would throw a code, unless someone knows different?
