Oil leak a problem on oil line to turbo?

I just recently installed a t04b hybrid on my 90 TII and on the oil line to the turbo (the one with the flex pipe in the middle) and one of my friends broke a bolt on the turbo side of the line. I mixed Jb weld with black silicone to seal it up. Now, i notice that there is maybe 5 or 6 drops of oil underneath the car every morning. I checked to see where it was coming from but it seems like the one spot seemed to hold up well. Is this oil leak bad if its coming from a oil line to the turbo?
