Oil on driv side of engine-won't start

I was driving around yesterday and at high boost I lost power and after taking a look, it looks like I must've blown an oil seal/hose or something because I've got oil sprayed over the driver's side of the engine near the oil filter. Lost ~2 quarts of oil
Any idea what could've happened?
Now it won't start. Intake temps were only 32C when it lost power, so I don't think detonation is an issue.

check your oil pressure sensor maybe? That shouldnt cause it not to start though. You would know if ur oil cooler line broke, i think you lose a lot more than 2 quarts.
