hey guys i have a s4 fc and there seems to be a oil leak from behind the oil filler tube there is this little outlet that has nothing on it and it seems to be leaking oil.
unsure if anything has to be on it as i have just rebuilt the engine and maybe forgot to fit something to it.
it faces the firewall on the left hand side of the motor behind the oil filler tube.

your talking about where the PCV hose goes? I think. Its like a short curled hose from the PCV valve that goes there. You need that...

 

oh so dont block it off?
yeah its straight bit of 1/4" round hose barb that is about 1" long and is on the first housing facing towards firewall.

 

here is a pic of it and i have circled it.
what will happen if it is blocked off or does it need a breather on it?
