Oil Leak Cause? OMP? (with picture)

I'm in the process of prepping a car I bought a while ago to be a track car. Never really drove it or did any maintenance to it so I'm doing all that now. While changing belts to pass inspection I noticed that there is a significant amount of oil on the passenger side front of the engine down low where the OMP pump is at. I'm guessing that this leak is from the OMP. I just wanted some confirmation. The power steering pump also leaks so there is basically oil everywhere up front as you can see in the picture. Both pumps will be removed so I just wanted to make sure the most likely cause was the OMP and not something more serious.

There's no way to know without first CLEANING the entire area. Then run the car and look for the source...

There is an o ring plus crush washers. Cleaning first would definitely help you locate the source of the leak.
