Exclamation Oil Drips From Oilpan Engine Mount Bolt.? Easy fix?

I raised up the car i thought it was the Oil cooler leaking for a long time.. I then checked and its not dripping Like the underside of the engine is...

So lookng at the three bolts it seems to be the single one sitting closer to the drivers side... Seems to be that One bolt only..
But why would it leak only when the car is running? Oil pan is not under pressure is it?
And i Dont see why or how it could Leak from the bolts! I made sure they are tight.. They are, And it cant be leaking from above Because the oil would have to go Uphill to reach the bolts.. Is this an easy Fix? Im thinkin NOT

Anyone have something they Did that worked? The oil in my engine is So clean i have to look hard to see the Oil level... However the oil leaking in the ground is Black!! So why would that be? TY

Maybe put a bunch of High temp atv on the bolts and put that back on?

That might work temporarily... A more permanent fix would be to pull the oilpan and replace the gasket with RTV.
