oil cooler placement?

Is there a preferred angle or place to mount oil cooler in front of a v mount setup? I would rather not do the dual coolers in brake ducts but will if needed. I have been contemplating this for a while and just need suggestions.

have mine flat from the base of the rad ( horizontal with the road )
i have a custom alum 1400 mm x 400 mm undertray that is cut out to allow the air out under the car via the oil cooler

its a daily user,, and has been in this config for a few years now,, plenty of KMs use,, no issues

Wouldn't a slight angle help cooling instead of being flat? How close to radiator is it mounted? At idle wouldn't the hot air from radiator fan hurt performance of the oil cooler? Sorry so many questions but I just over analyze everything.

I cut the steel lines on mine and welded in some extensions to place the oil cooler at the very front. You could probably do that easier if you took your (probably very old and brittle) rubber lines to a hydraulic hose shop to have them put longer rubber hoses on them.

Hoses are not an issue. I have -10 hose and fittings to make my own whenever I decide where to put it.

One more question if there is any answers. Google searching gave me results with people using computer fans on oil cooler to aid in cooling. A computer repair friend of mine doubts they could handle the weather and wind. Any long term users of this method able to verify if its worth buying 2 quality fans from newegg or is it going to be a waste of money?

I dont think they would survive the first rain..
On the other hand, i don't think they flow that much air that it would really aid cooling
