Oil cooler lines/replacement

I am trying to swap my severely leaking oil cooler lines.
Two problems:
1. the stinking oil cooler is mounted on bushings and is not rigid. Any creative solutions for taking of these stuck lines w/o removing the cooler?

2. the short line ( I guess this is the in-line): this guy has two bolts on it. They are (i think) 21mm and 24mm and in there very very tight. DOES ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE REMOVAL OF THESE SUCKERS????

Any help in regards to this pain in my a#$
Thanks

I had to deal with replacing my oil cooler lines back in the spring. Here is the deal.

1. Unbolt the oil cooler lines from the engine (the one at the back of the engine is a bitch)
2. Unbolt the oil cooler and pull the assembly out including the lines (this might get messy, lay down some newspapers)
3. Drain as much oil out as you can.
4. Now, you can either put the oil cooler in a vise and unbolt the banjo bolts OR you can do what I did and get an old blanket or tarp and wrap the oil cooler in it, then kneel on it and unbolt the banjo lines. The bolts are TIGHT, but make sure you don't dent the cooler fins.
5. Reinstall the oil cooler without the lines. Then bolt the new lines back on.

thanks

i appreciate the help, i was thinking of the vise idea but since I do not have one I will try the blanket trick. Any suggestions on the short line on the motor with tricky double nuts?
