Oil Cooler Help Please

I just changed the oil cooler lines and suckerfs are leaking again from the thread of the bolts. Do you have any suggestions as to how to seal them RIGHT? I used the copper washers from NAPA but I guess they were niot right? Will one of those copper based squeeze tube gasket deals help?
Thanks

Bad news dude. I had that exact problem with my '85 SE cooler. Problem isn't the line, its the aluminum nipple your screwing it into. Most likely its cracked.

Fix's are to pull the OC and have it heli-welded at a radiator shop or simply go pull a clean one from a wrecking yard and swap out.
