Oil consumption, ACV ports filled. ..🤔

Need some ideas as to how and why the ACV? Square port below the primary intake runners on the center iron is spilling oil out of it... background: I just recently tore this 13bt down because it was blowing out LIM gaskets with excessive oil and consuming oil in the front rotor badly only the front not the rear rotor..Oil control o rings were new are good no tears or signs of damage. The oil control springs are new. The control rings themselves show some signs of wear but nothing crazy. I don't have the slightest idea of how oil could get into that port and also into the small round egr? ports below the main exhaust ports out of the rotor housings. Any input is appreciated. Thanks for reading!
