Oil C. Hoses

Is there another way to unbolt the two hoses from the oil cooler, cuz is to damn hard it's like it were glued to it and i don't want to mess up the oil cooler, i tried and i treid and i can't unbolt the damn hoses, any suggestion plz!???

For the top one, (after taking out the upper bumper airflow panel) I use a really long extension and the socket. I think I used a 12 inch extension last time I did one.

For the bottom one, just drop the lower engine sheild and again a reasonable extension and socket and you should be able to get to it.

Occasionally if it is really stuck, (like if it has been leaking forever at the joints and they have baked oil epoxied the bolts in) you may have to un-bolt the cooler and pull out the cooler and hoses all as one. Then on the floor of your garage use a socket and breaker bar.

I used an impact-gun when i did mine, but then you would have to take the O/C off but that aint so hard, the hard part is doing it without breaking the bolts that mounts to the O/C.--Kim

I sprayed mine with antiseize and let it sit for a night. The next day they popped off with no force.
