Oil burning question. Maybe leak

Ok i know its normal for rotorys to burn oil but about how much. changed my oil like 3 weeks ago and its down like 1/3 a quart, but when i fill it back up it stays almost completly full till next oil change. Every time i change oil i make sure its at full but about 3 to 4 weeks later its down.

i know i go through about a quart inbetween oil changes. is it down to 1/3 of a quart left or a 1/3 gone? If the latter, I dont think you have anything to worry about.

I have to put about 1/3 quart back in to top it off. AND one more BIG question i was researching and it got me scared. My care blows a littel white smoke maybe once or twice a week but only in the mornings when i first start it. They where saying it has to be rebuilt but this cant be true so is this also normal or is there something wrong. (i.e. only 20,000 on rebuilt)

If youre sure its white smoke, then its coolant (oil is blue). It also very well could be just condesation burning off in the morning. Its fairly normal for rotaries to smoke a little on startup. If you start smoke screening the neighborhood, you may have something to worry about.
