well maybe you should check and see if your sensor is working properly per fsm. also have you checke behind the water pump. i know that i had a coolant leak and i couldn't find it but then i took a look right underneath the omp and then i saw some coolant. i would try that out.

Or it could be that you havent got all the air out of the system. There is a write up on the proper way to do it in the FAQ or archived forums. cant remember which.

Check that the coolant overflow hose is hooked up correctly. If it's hooked to the wrong nipple on the overflow tank, it can spill into the tank but cannot be drawn back in.

Heater cores seem to develop leaks as well.

I vote for checking the water pump first also...if it's still in the "seeping" stage, the leak is hard to spot...

Check the coolant level sensor. Mine was drinking all of the coolant out of the overflow battle, and it turned out that it was spraying out of a crack in the sensor at just under 13psi. Hard to tell at idle.

Once the buzzer starts going off, smell your engine bay for coolent (sweet smell). There may not be much of a leak but a crack or small tear in a line can cause the coolent to lose quite a bit of pressure and not stay at optimal coolent temp.

I have to agree with that!
I was looking for my leak for a long time, turned out it was coming from the small pin hole thing on the bottom of the waterpump.

if your engine is sucking coolant, you should be blowing smoke. also, try running it without the radiator cap on and see if coolant comes flying out. search around for blown coolant seals and you'll find more info on this test.
