Off the shelf 225mm Turbo II clutch disk?

(Posting here because there's probably more swap knowledge in this section)

I think I need to break down and ride the Turbo II transmission train. However I want to keep using 225mm clutches for a variety of reasons. Does anybody make a sprung hub disk with the N/A diameter and TII splines?

Sprung hub is the key. I have had Bad Experiences with unsprung hubs, which are the only kind that I'm aware of.

Edit: Nevermind, found one. '95ish Ranger 3-liter V6/5sp (aka B3000, make searching easier) uses a "Kogyo" (Turbo II) transmission with supposedly a 1"/23 spline, and has a "8 7/8" " (225mm) disk. Problem solved!

Leaving thread here for future swappers.

Cool find. Interested in confirmation that it works for you. I'm assuming you have an awesome NA flywheel you want to mate up to the turbo trans?

Not just that but also I have a lot of GSL-SE parts too. Mating a 240mm clutch to GSL-SE is rather expensive, if I can keep everything 225mm then things stay much easier.

I do HAVE a couple 240mm flywheels, but cross swappability is important to me.

I though that Racing beat also made a clutch disc that would accomplish what you are trying to do too.
You may want to check that out.

It's solid center. That breaks stuff, sprung center is what you want.

Here's an N/A transmission with an N/A engine making about 160-180hp and 150ft-lb of torque.

Not a bearing problem this time, I'm shredding the gears now.
