OEM mudflap install?

I just got some oem rear mudflaps, and it looks they mount with some sort of clips, which the mudflaps i bought did not come with. If thats how they mount to the car, where can i get these clips? Or do you guys have any other ideas for mounting them.

Can anyone with oem mudflaps confirm that they use clips to attach to the bumper?
