OEM Dealer Parts - Still sell them?
If I wanted to can I call up my local mazda dealership and ask them for a part number from my S5 and they'll have it, OEM brand new?
I'm wondering if I should just replace a few pieces of my interior... no matter what I do there's no way I can pull the interior apart in another car to replace mine because the way Mazda made this crap, it WILL break no matter how careful you are. =/ I'm pretty unhappy with that.
How much would it cost, if they even sell them, for those little plastic harpoon clips? What about dash pieces? $500? haha

Mazda has most plastic and clips/fasteners still available. However, go to Mazdatrix.com. They also carry OEM parts. Parts are reasonable for some plastic and simply absurd for others. Good hunting.

There's also Mazdaformance, which have better prices than Mazdatrix. Bear in mind that the 2nd Gen RX7 has been out of production since 1991, and many of the original OEM parts stocks are dwindling. There are parts still available, but they aren't cheap, and it's better to go to a 2nd hand source like eBay, BanzaiRacing, RX7World or a private seller for your parts needs.
For example, an S5 shifter cover with boot costs $145 new OEM.

The WHOLE dashboard piece in my car looks very nice but is very brittle and in several places where it screws in as I was taking it out it's just FALLING APART. The glue from the carpet to it under the center console area was enough to splinter the plastic up a bit... even though I was very careful.
So how much would the entire dash cost? Big piece... I have another one but I really wanted to swap in mine 'cause it looks so nice... too bad this stuff can't be fixed... damn. =/
