While the picture shows the turbo scoop, there is another model that is specifically called out as the "turbo". If you call they'll clarify for you.

Well i looked this up befor and i would say look on car-part.com and get a alum hood, there is 2 reasons first its cheaper, you can get one for $100-150 and not $400 next is weight of the alum hood is about 25lb and the carbon fiber is about the same with out the flex u get with carbon fiber hoods.
