oe engine mounts with rigid tranny mounts?
well good day all my question today is ... are there any negative impacts from running solid tranny mounts and oe engine mounts .. in terms of frame torquing and whatnoty .. im not woried about vibration .... i could care less about that ... i want to know if it will carse and damage ?

a buddy of mine ran this setup in his mustang, ended up cracking the bell housing.
the engine was able to torque the bell housing, but the transmission didnt budge.... CRACK!
i dont know if our cars make enough torque to do this, but i guess its a possiblity.

What motor mounts can you run with solid tranny mounts then? There was a thread a while back where a person asked if you could run solid and solid but the consensus was solmething needs to give.

you dont want a variation in the stiffness of the engine&trans mounts.
