odd jolt/bounce when pressing and coming off the gas pedal

car is an 5 speed n/a
when i push the gas at any speed in gear the car bounces, as it I am not shifting correctly. It does the same when i gome off the gas.

So im thinking its the drivetrain mounts. but which drivetrain mounts? engine trans or diff?
thanks guys

If you don't hear any clunking noises it may be your TPS or a faulty TB part. I've had this happen once in a while only when letting off the throttle, but I haven't figured out exactly why yet. I have much bigger problems I'm still chasing down.

Without a clunk id say its most likely engine related. Is it only at speed or does it do it if free revved?

only at speed in gear so it should be happening after the first half of the tranny right?

I would be checking the Drivetrain mounts, making the first Priority of the Diff mounts(the Front mount in particular)..You will hear clunking On and off the gas...if it is a engine mount it will start to Vibrate alot when accelerating, and depending on What side,it will feel like the tires have a Bad Bump in them..I had a bad Passenger mount,It would emminate right up through the floor and Feel like it was gonna shake the car right off the Road.

Yup a clunk is most likely the front differntial mount. They arent exactly known as the strongest in the world. If you can live with it id suggest a comp mount to really solve that problem.
