Odd idle surging

I removed my emissions after the previous owner started and, as far as I could tell, hated his car. Got it all put back together and it runs really well, however, at low rpms it has a pulsing idle. It will pulse up and down about 400 rpm. I noticed a small leak at one of the secondary injectors as well.
Could the small fuel leak cause this? What else could be the issue?

BTW I am soooooo stoked that it's running at least. Am about $750 into making it go (including the cost of the car) and am quite pleased

Vacuum leak or a bad/mis-adjusted TPS.

TPS testing: http://howto.globalvicinity.com/gv_w...i=58&co=1&vi=1

On that page you sent about adjusting the TPS it says that if I still have the thermowax installed to warm it up first. Does that mean that if I don't have it I don't have to warm it up?

I suppose better safe than sorry definitely applies here lol.

An injector leaking around its grommet will cause your problem. Invest in one can of STARTER fluid and spray that injector and see if the rpms are effected. If they are, that's your problem.
