o2 sensor wiring

does anybody know what wire off a 88 turbo harness is for the o2 sensor? my harness didnt come with one.. is it the blk wire by the cas?

It's a single black wire, but it comes out near where the ACV connectors come out.

usually has a grey wire cover (heat protection) on it too.
