O2 Sensor Error Code

Can we put together a list of conditions that would trip the ECU into sending an O2 sensor code error?

I know if you set a FCD wrong it'll call a O2 sence error.. so, I would imagine that a vacume/intake leak could too.

Code 17 Feedback error. I had that when I had a shorted out wire in the harness for the o2 sensor. I ran a wire from the o2 sensor through the fire wall to the ecu.
