which o2 sensor ? Bosch or non brand...

so i need to get a new o2 sensor but idont which brand to go...if it makes a difference or not.

I would have gone with Bosch but i had bad experience for a honda guess i didnt buy a direct fit, it was more universal type of thing from AutoZone.

or a non-brand replacement sensor 40$ new.

or denso but thats 170$

just wanna see what sensors you guys run on .

Thanks a lot

I am running (quite successfully) on an Autozone O2 sensor. It appears to me to be completely identical to the Bosch, and in fact I think it probably is a Bosch sold under the parts store label.

It is IMHO a waste of money to pay the $56 for the sensor with the OEM connector. Get the $18 sensor, cut the connector off your old sensor and splice it onto the wire of the new one.

I've always used the Bosch universal sensor with good sucess. You have to splice on the wire, but it is very simple to do and saves you a good bit of money.

being a mechanic and someone that replaces these a couple times a week the bosch last longer. i have seen cheap ones come back up to two weeks later already failed...this is not un common in my experiance i would recommend just spending the little extra and getting the universal one and wireing it your self
