o2 sensor?

Are s4 and s5 o2 sensors interchangeable? Will it effect the performance of car? I have a s4 o2 in my s5 car.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe aside from thread size and connector, most narrowband O2 sensors run on the same voltage values. OR is it resistance? Brain fart..

They're the same part. Narrowbands are 0-1V, so one generic part will work on many vehicles. Some use heated narrowband sensors, and some use wideband sensors from the factory (which are also heated).

Yes you could cut and splice wiring on almost any single wire o2 to make work.
