Npr Intercooler Questions

I have been thinking of putting a npr intercooler on my 10th anniversary project. I have searched it and some people mount them behind the radiator, but can they go in the front. If you think about it the air would be warm once it passed through the radiator. Also what type of pipe could i use, and does anyone have any pics of one mounted in there car. Finally what are all of the things need to mount and hook it up. Thanks

With the NPR, you need to cut two holes right around the radiator support. You'll Also have to either cut or bang (which is what I did) the thin piece of metal that goes around the headlights so the intercoller will drop in. Its kind of hard to explain. But it fits fine with just the 2 holes and a little bit of banging. Also with the HKS kit youll have to cut some holes also. Unless you went with the old school trust or Greddy IC, Then you have to only cut one small hole. But both those kits are a bitch to find. The NPR IC in my opinion is very well worth it. And the piping is VERY easy to do. Not a lot of bends needed at all. Good luck
