1. I would say consider yourself lucky to have s5 interior
2. You probably pulled some wires loose from the back of the warning cluster when yanking out the deck.
3. Not sure what you are talking about.
4. The pipe hanging down near the dp is probably the split air pipe that feeds air to your cat. I'm guessing you dont have a cat. Dont worry about it.
5. Check for frayed wires.
6. Cruise control switch might be broken/dirty or your speedo might not be working correctly.

i am confused you apparently payed someone to do a s5 interior swap into your s4 right.

and now crazy things are going wrong and you expect to fix them when you could swap the interior yourself. No offense there, I would contact the guy who did the swap hoping he knows rotaries and ask him to take a look at it. but thats jsut my .02 lates Matt22

Dude, you've yanked wires and separated plugs. Be careful. I have my whole dash out now sorting out the electrical. You may be in store for something that, too.

The various wiring harness male/female receptacles in the dash clip/lock together and are not easy to separate, so I am concerned that you have damaged some wiring somehow. Again: be careful. Get your FSM wiring schematics out. Label stuff.

The electrical Yodas that I know of here are ReTed, Hailers, Icemark, and 1987RX7Guy.

Good luck!

no its not like i grabbed the face and just ripped it out i took it out and dissconected all the wires. i think the pipe buy the intercooler has something to do with the turbo because the boost hose to my boost guage goes into it. and no the car came with an s5 interior and the guy used the wrong a pillars so they just flop around, there the ones for the electric seatbelts
