There is no real way to know unless you buy a complete front clip off the car you are getting the motor out of. I trust the people that we buy the engines from and they say that the engines have approx 30K kilometers on them, and that is a bit under 20K miles. There is no magical number of miles that every engine has on it. That is part of the reason that these engines are so much cheaper than buying a rebuilt one. There are variables involved. Mileage is one of them.
