Question now i'm really confused...

After putting my turbo back on when i tried to start my car(90 tII) it ran very roughly and sounded like only one rotor was firing properly, which is a problem i've had previously, but this time it wouldn't go away. i could keep it running by giving it some gas but if i let go of the pedal it would die. i finally realized that i was stupid and forgot to reconnect one of the 10mm or so vacume hoses coming of the hose between the turbo and the intercooler. i reconnected that and also replaced sections of the 4 wires coming off of the acv, the 2 wires on the valve thing above it, and the wire off the o2 sensor which were badly corroded. i tried to start it then and it started up immediatly, revved to 3k and died. i then noticed that i forgot to tension the alternator belt so i did, but that didn't fix it. whenever i start it, it cleanly revs to 3k, sounding like nothing is wrong, then dies. anyone have any ideas? also, there is a black connector attached to the front 2 wires of the acv that can connect to a yellow connector under the boost sensor, or a black connector between the intercooler and alternator, which is correct. i've tried starting it both ways, so that's not the problem, but if anyone knows where it goes please tell me.

Is your MAF plugged it? Thats exactly what happens when you dont plug it in. It could also be a large vacuum leak, possibly the AWS solenoid/lines.

BTW, the yellow connector is the fuel pump check connector - don't plug the ACV stuff into it . That's just a connector that you jump to make the fuel pump run for testing purposes.
