Now idle has a mind of it's own
Well, if you didnt allready know, a couple of days ago, i removed my TB from my 86 n/a... didnt change anything.. reinstalled everything back to spec.. and she would idle at 2000 rpms at full operating temp. changed a couple things, made sure everything was hooked up properly, and FINALLY got the idle back to normal 750-850ish
Now, the idle seems to have a mind of it's own. at one stop light it will be at 750-800... drive a couple miles come to another stop idle will be at 1500... another couple of miles stop... 2000 rpms
What would cause this sudden change in idle... it's doing it all the time now, and it's really frustrating. The car starts fine.. drives fine once i get going, just idles differently at every stop

I get the same irregular, sometimes high, sometimes perfect idle.
Fixing & adding extra grounds helped a lot.
Still sometimes it's just not happy at 800.
It does pick up when the AC clutch is on, like it should.
I have also added a relay on the e-fan to open the AWS solenoid to compensate for the extra alternator load.
I inserted a 1/16" orifice plug in the AWS hose, so it only gives a 300RPM rise.
I have cleaned & checked the BAC twice and it's connector twice.
I have checked out the AFM - nice smooth ohmmeter meter sweep, nice smooth action.
