Now Cooling?????

Now Cooling?????

Now that I have seem to get things right. I start the car and let it get to operating temp. I let it idle for a while and out of the overflow bottle from the hose that just straight down to earth comes a mix of water & coolant. the liquid that's draining is diluted. but what I see when I look in the over flow bottle is all coolant. So what does this mean? Is this what's suposse to be happening? because then when I get in the car and started it again, the buzzer goes off. and I need to add water. Any help will be greatly apprieciated.
